To increase brand awareness amongst F&B business owners and grow its current pool of customers — DaVinci Gourmet, a leading syrup manufacturer, approached us for social media and lead generation efforts across a span of three months for Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Meet Davin: Facebook Chatbot
Davin was a chatbot created to support our lead generation campaign. In addition to being the face of the brand, He was also a social concierge on DaVinci Gourmet’s Facebook page to provide product knowledge, answer queries and served as a platform for contests to drive leads. Conversation flows, as well as the tone of Davin were strategised and created to give him a warmer personality.
Gated Content: E-Book
An E-book, titled DaVinci Gourmet 2018 Top 10 Drink Recipes was also created. This E-book was a gated content downloadable on the website, and also used as a component of the lead generation effort on Facebook.






Facebook Lead Ads
A variation of Facebook Lead Ads were created and ran as dark posts, each targeted at different audience segment pools and demographics to optimise the maximum amount of leads during the campaign period.
